Mass Effect developer Bioware announced today that new downloadable content (DLC) will be released on March 10th for their critically acclaimed Xbox 360 RPG.
The DLC pack will be available on the Xbox Live Marketplace for 400 MS Points (about $5 USD) and is titled Bring Down the Sky. According to Bioware, the new content includes an uncharted world with a new alien race called Bartarians, about an hour and a half of additional gameplay that expands the game's storyline and a new Achievement worth 50 Gamerscore points. Additional DLC is also planned for Mass Effect further down the road.
Gamers have been anxious for new content after completing Mass Effect, so this news is likely to make their day. And at just $5, its a bargain.
